Terms of booking

These terms apply when you book a seat at an Always Sunday gathering in Melbourne. By booking, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and everyone on your booking.

Your booking

• Prices are per person, in Australian dollars, and the full price is shown before you pay. There are no booking fees.
• Seats are held for 30 minutes while you pay. Your booking is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive our confirmation email.
• Each booking covers up to 10 tickets. For larger groups, see private gatherings.
• Venue details are in your confirmation email, or sent before the day if the venue is still being finalised.

Cancellations, refunds and transfers

Full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before the Sunday. Inside 7 days there's no refund, but you can transfer your tickets to someone else at any time. If we cancel, you get a full refund. Full details are in our refund policy.

Food, allergies and dietary needs

Tell us about dietary needs and allergies when you book. We'll do our best to adapt, but our kitchens handle common allergens (including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, seafood and sesame), so we can't guarantee any dish is free from traces. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before booking.

Drinks

Alcohol is only served where licensing and service arrangements allow, and only to guests aged 18 or over, in line with responsible service of alcohol. We may ask for ID and may decline service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

In the kitchen

Our gatherings are hands-on and involve knives, heat and hot equipment. Please follow our hosts' instructions and take reasonable care. Under-18s are welcome only when booked by, and accompanied by, a parent or guardian, and only where we say a Sunday is suitable for them.

Photos

We sometimes photograph our Sundays to share on our website and social media. If you'd rather not appear, just tell us on the day and we'll respect that.

Changes

Menus can change slightly with the season and what's best at the market. If we need to make a significant change to your Sunday, such as the date, we'll let you know and offer a full refund.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as travel costs, if a Sunday is cancelled.
